Special Use

Special Use is a service that allows entry to the closed library building by using a staff or student ID on the entry-exit system.
Fill in, seal and submit a Special User Application form. You may apply for Special Use if you are a:

• Full-time faculty member


• Hospital doctor or intern doctor


• Graduate student
s

• 2nd-year or overmedical student
s

• Sophomore in Health Department


※Different application forms are used for different positions of applicants


 

Application forms are available at the counter or online. It takes 2-3 days before the applicant can use the Special Use service. The library will hand the applicant a User’s Manual at the time of application. Please be sure to follow the rules in the manual. When the user no longer needs this service due to having been transferred or resigning from the univeristy, please notify the library immediately.
