Library card
The library distinguishes each of its users using an identification
number (e.g. student ID number). A student ID and other IDs may therefore
be used as library cards.
Undergraduate students
The data of undergraduate students is input into the computer system
at the main library at the time of the studentsf entry to the university.
Underguraduate students may use the library circulation service without
registration.
Graduate studesnts and Faculty staff
Graduate students and Faculty staff need to submit a
User Registration form, which is available at the counter. A personal
identification number is provided to everyone who is on the payroll
of the university. Your ID number is on the back of your staff ID (the
number in small print next to barcode) or under your name on your salary
statement. Staff IDs are made by the Document Regulations subsection
of the Administration section.
Outside users
An outside user needs to sign his/her name at the counter in order to
read books inside the library. Please make sure to bring your ID (driverfs
license, student ID, etc.). A library card may be issued to outside
users who are introduced by a University member. Ask at the counter
for details.
